February 6th, 2011 is National Porn Sunday
Pornography is a pervasive issue in our society and even in the church, but because it is such a shame-filled topic it is rarely discussed. This Sunday, we will be "Confronting the Elephant in the Pew" by addressing this issue head-on. The purpose of this discussion will be to bring the topic of porn, lust and sex-addiction into the light so that God can minister hope and healing. We hope you'll join us. You'll watch a video simulcast featuring Jon Kitna, Matt Hasselbeck, Ryan Pickett, Josh McCown and a few other NFL players and founder of XXXchurch, Craig Gross. The goal for the event is to get churches talking about the "elephant in the pew" and get people help that are struggling with porn and sex addiction. Here's the link to today's message.
